Additional Information Image was scanned from color slide. A Coromandel Screen is a dark-lacquered wooden folding screen, carved with a design which are then painted with gold or multiple colors. They were made in China in the late 17th century. Imari porcelain is painted Japanese porcelain, originally made in the northwest of Kyushu island in the late 17th century to the mid 18th century.
