Regulation 18 on Voting, Counting and Sorting

According to the authority which has been given to the Board of Commissioners according to article (4), item (8) of the Independent High Electoral Commission's law No. (11)/2007 and the Law on the Amendment of Iraqi Parliamentary Elections Law No. 16/ 2005, we have decided issuing the following regulation. Discusses terminology; polling and sorting locations; voter registry; polling process; sorting and counting process; collecting results; persons authorized to enter polling, counting, and sorting centers; and date of commencement.
