Description |
Men haul rocks, fossils and overburden in carts placed on tracks at the Dinosaur National Monument. The overburden is hauled away making access to the quarry area. Government groups of men did the work. A group of men from the CWA (Civilian Works Administration) and the FERA (Federal Emergency Relief Administration) worked and lived at the Monument under the supervision of Dr. Albert C. Boyle, geologist and custodian of the Dinosaur National Monument. |
