Show Six rows of people pose on the steps of Ferry Hall. The first four rows are composed entirely of women in various patterns colors, and styles of blouses, jackets, and skirts, many of them have lacy collars, and most have dark high-lacing shoes on, with a few exceptions visible in the front row. The fifth row has some men intermixed with the women, and the sixth and highest row is entirely composed of men. All the men in the picture are wearing dark suits and ties. |

Picture is in good condition. A small portion of the top left corner is missing, and there are some wrinkles in the photo from medium amounts of handling. Blue ink at the top margin on the front notes "1917". The back is covered with dried glue, and written over the glue in pencil are the words "Taken in December 1917" with an underline. For December, there seems to be a curious amount of grass visible in the photograph. Ferry Hall: Ferry Hall began construction on October 10, 1907 and was finished two years later due to lack of funding. The hall bore the name of Colonel William and Jeannette Ferry, Park City residents who contributed $15,000 of the $25,000 needed to erect the hall. The Ferry's were also a crucial factor in securing the land (in 1901) that Westminster College calls home today.
