Image shows the Pioneer Drug Store in Logan, Utah. Benjamin Franklin Riter purchased a half-interest in the Pioneer Drugstore in Logan from Dr. O. C. Ormsby, owner. The opening entry in the Ormsby and Riter Partnership Journal is dated 1880. This partnership lasted until 1884, at which time B. F. Riter's brother bought Dr. Ormsby's interest. Riter Brothers was incorporated in 1891. The store and assets extended throughout Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming. |
