Loose rock percolator. Shows debris from last runoff in foreground. Diversion dike in left background. Loose rock percolator dike about three feet high, built on a 1% grade. Built to handle a 5000 sec. ft. flow. Construction just finished. Sanpete County, Utah, above Wales, at mouth of Wales Canyon. Aug. 11, 1939. |
