A $100,000 gift from Intermountain Health Care (IHC) to the University of Utah College of Nursing will support critically needed expansion of the college's baccalaureate (undergraduate) nursing program. IHC support over the past two years has been earmarked to expand enrollment, allowing the college to increase the number of students admitted to the nursing major to offset the local and national shortage of adequately prepared nurses. |
