Description A 70 year old gentleman presented with the inability to look up with either eye for nine months. At the onset of symptoms he had undergone a bilateral upper lid external levator advancement tuck as well as lower lid blepharoplasty at another institution. Bilateral cataract extractions had been performed in 1988 with good visual results.
