Description |
Injury prevention (IP) is becoming a major focus of site visits for verified trauma centers. Trauma programs are being asked to "do more with less". We identified the need for additional staff. With budgets tight, the most competent resource was the University of Utah. The public health undergraduate program has an emphasis that focuses on community health, and each of the students are required to complete a 200 hour internship. |
