The Medical Arts Building at 54 East South Temple Street was a concrete 11-story 140 feet tall bulding, built about 1926. Zions Securities Corporation, an arm of the LDS Church, bought it in 1971. It was demolished on August 19, 1984, and replaced by the Eagle Gate Plaza and Tower |
