Anchor Mine. Park City, before 1902. Man on horse is Richard (Capt. Dick) Williams, Superintendant of the mine. It is thought he may be carrying the payroll for the mine, as he posed outside the pay office where sign says ""Pay Day."" Gift of Miss R. M. Paxton 337 Tenth Ave. Salt Lake City. |
