Grant proposal for the development of a online course with the following goals: implement a model on-demand delivery Internet course taking advantage of the newest Internet technology; train students to use Internet tools and equip students with the skills required to succeed in the electronic information environment; initiate a collaborative interactive learning environment that eliminates time, distance and location barriers; cooperatively create an electronic reference tool to be accessible statewide.
