Title |
Subjective Triangles |
Creator |
G. Kanizsa |
Description |
In each figure you see a white triangle which lies atop disks and lines. Each triangle has a clear border and is brighter than the background. But these triangles which are evident to you, are invisible to a photometer or images scanner- neither will detect the borders of the triangle nor the increased brightness of its interior, and no change in pixel values, since the triangle is entirely your construction. |
