Description |
This is a picture of the dance hall 40 miles south of Escalante. It was used by the Pioneers who made the trip from Cedar City by way of the ""Hole-in-the-Rock"" on the Colorado River. They spent the winter at the 40-mile mark on the Escalante Desert and this was their amusement hall. Photo by: H.J. Allen, Escalante. |
