Description Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a devastating neurological disorder affecting young adults. Cerebral hypoperfusion in the normal-appearing white matter of MS patients have been reported. The retinal vasculature has been used as a surrogate for in vivo studies of the brain microvasculature.
