Interaction of Color Example 13 (Color Intervals and Transformation)

In the upper part of this figure, there are four red squares making one square, with its darkest squares on the left. In the top row the strongest contrast exists between the left and right squares, and they are separated by the hardest boundaries. To demonstrate whether they provide the same "intervals", in the lower part of the figure we transfer a blue square arrangement to the center of the reds. After this transformation, if the intervals are correct, the hardest boundary in the top squares is repeated in the upper halves of the vertical axis, and the lower pair shows the evenly softer boundaries.
