"Within the Wasatch Front Regional Council (WFRC), the metropolitan planning organization for our region, is the Transportation and Land Use Connection program (TLC). The purpose of the; TLC program is to provide funding and technical support for communities who might otherwise be unable to create and implement plans. In order to qualify for funding, which is awarded on; an annual basis, cities or municipalities must prove that their proposed plan is aligned with the goals of the Wasatch Choice Vision. In July of 2020, Hooper City was awarded funding to complete a General Plan update." |
