A case of Hunter syndrome in a pediatric patient with bilateral disc edema, most likely due to compression of the scleral opening secondary to deposition of glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) in the sclera. Various illustrations are included to demonstrate the bilateral disc edema, partially empty sella, and bilateral posterior globe flattening of both eyes. |
