Description To study the long-term effect on visual acuity following treatment with levodopa and carbidopa for NA-AION. Levodopa and carbidopa were administered for 3 weeks to 33 patients (11 women, 22 men) with mean duration of visual loss from NA-AION of 29.9 months.
