This work provides opportunity to seek understanding of grave statistics through connection with another's history. When asked ‘what is your dream?' in 2021, a young girl in Palestine said, "I hope to God we all stay alive." Since October 7, 2023 alone, over 11,000 Palestinian children in her region have been killed. Many Israeli children have also lost their lives during this time. Each number signifies a cherished life; not only someone's child, sibling, or friend, but a self who dreamed of the future. Some were even too young for this. I hope to God we all stay alive invites you to mourn these deaths, while imploring you to fight for the dreams, hopes, and futures of the living. "
