Joe Levi, whose Indian name was On-Kiyu Kah. 10. Sobequin, in Indian this is Sa wah shient--a green growing thing, a green thing. 11. Not old blind Jim, but Too-Tavish?another blind man. 12. Jim's son. Kale-nos or like kah-? means willow or like Kan-ous(sh) water jar? or Kan-oush inside. 1821-1884 63 years old. Martha 10 years old when Kanosh died. 1938-1884=54 now 64. Khan-eh or Khan-eva teepee |
