Description |
Diary kept by Earl Douglass during the years 1900 to 1902. He attended Princeton University, collected specimens in Montana, and in May 1902 was employed by the Carnegie Museum in Pittsburgh. In August of 1901, his discovery of mammal fossils determined the age of the Fort Union Formation. |
