The Deer Creek Project consists of water from the Provo, Weber and Duchesne rivers moving through the Duchesne Tunnel, a six-mile tunnel that daylights above Kamas, Utah adjacent to Utah Highway 150. Deer Creek Reservoir provides much more water to the plant than Little Cottonwood Creek. |
