Description This project produced a design guide that takes into consideration existing conditions of relevant Utah cities, and uses best practices to inform recommendations for installing, reviving, and improving signage that seeks to enhance Utah Main Streets. The design guide includes photos of existing sites, as well as recommendations for what signs should be encouraged and which should be avoided. Te audience for this project is the network of Utah municipalities affiliated with the Utah Main Street Program through the Utah State Historic Preservation Office.
