Abstract Phil Andersen's personal photograph of the bombed out building with German Citizens and Occupation Forces in Berlin Germany. He wrote, "In Berlin were piles of rocks, bricks, damaged buildings, damaged railroads and roads. When the 78th Division replaced the 82nd Airborne Division in Berlin, the city was in partial ruins with 850,000 civilians who were cold, hungry and lawless."
