Abstract In two 1993 interviews with Everett L. Cooley, Keith Montague (b. 1921) describes his family life and growing up in Salt Lake City; his father's men's clothing business, Heusted and Montague; attending the University of Utah; meeting his future wife, Elizabeth Snow, their lives together; his WWII service as a Navy pilot; influential people in his life including Olive Woolley Burt; and the establishment with Richard (Dick) Bailey of the advertising firm, Bailey-Montague.
