Abstract Clyde (b. 1917) recalls his early life and education; his academic work at the College of Law, University of Utah, his friendship with Willis Ritter, many of his law cases--particularly those having to do with water and natural resources; and the development of Las Vegas. He also discusses his role as a member of the University of Utah's Board of Regents and Institutional Council and comments about his personal value system. Copies of speeches and resume are attached.
