Richards, Secretary of Utah Territory. Done in Convention at Salt Lake City, in the Territory of Utah.
Additional Information Work on the Utah Constitution was conducted at a Constitutional Convention held in Salt Lake City, Utah, beginning on March 4, 1895 and concluding on May 8, 1895. John Henry Smith served as President of the Convention, Parley Parker Christensen served as Secretary of the Convention. There were 105 signatories.
