Title Control of NOx emissions
Date 1980
Description NITROGEN OXIDES (NOX) are produced in combustion from molecular nitrogen (thermal NOx) or from oxidation of nitrogen contained in the fuel (fuel NOx). Production of NOx in a turbulent diffusion flame is largely dependent upon fuel composition and fuel/air contacting, which for liquid fuels is determined by interaction of fuel spray and combustion air.
