Title Thermal conductivity of a two-dimensional electron gas with Coulomb interaction
Date 2003-01
Description We demonstrate that forward electron-electron scattering due to Coulomb interaction in a two-dimensional ballistic electron-gas leads to the (T ln T)21 temperature dependence of the thermal conductivity, which is logarithmically suppressed compared to the usual Fermi-liquid behavior.
