Building not appropriate for type of use 7. Some wood rot 8. Gas heaters (space) a fire hazard SHOP STORAGE 1. More incapabilities with uses & type of building VEHICLE STORAGE SHED 1. Under today's building code, uses wouldn't allow building types. a. Wood construction not allowed for size of building. b. Maximum size for wood construction is 10,000 square feet 2. Even exceptions would not apply. 3. We would be shut down if State Fire Marshall had jurisdiction and saw this.
