Description Historical Site Analysis B. Shower House and Doctors Office General - This building consists of two attached structures approximately 20 feet wide by 66 feet long. The south portion is approximately 20 feet by 20 feet and is currently used as an active office. It has vinyl floor tile and painted walls and ceilings. It is unknown whether the walls and ceilings are insulated. The office is equipped with a forced air gas furnace. The office also has a wood floor structure with a crawl space. The north portion is approximately 46 feet by 20 feet and is currently used for active storage. This portion of the building has a slab on grade floor structure. The floor slab is uneven and has several cracks due to building settlement. Walls and roofs were constructed of pre-manufactured panels and components marked for assembly. The walls are constructed of 2 by 4 studs spaced on 30-inch centers and built in 60-inch modular panels. Roofs are constructed of 60-inch modular panels with 2 by 4 roof rafters on 30-inch centers aligned directly over the supporting studs and connecting to a ridge board. Trusses are located over double studs and are spaced on 10-foot centers. Trusses consist of 2 by 4s connected together with bolts and split ring connectors. The panels are sheathed with cellulosic fiberboard with shiplap siding attached over the fiberboard. It is suspected that the south portion has same construction as the northern part behind the walls and the ceiling. Final Repori \6 April \6, 2002
