Joseph R. Webb, the donor this photo, was enrolled in the CCC from 1934 to1936 with the Willard, Bridgeland, and Clover Creek Camps. The Willard Camp worked in conjunction with the Soil Conservation Service (SCS) and an unknown government entity (PE). The Bridgeland Camp worked in conjunction with the Bureau of Reclamation (BR) and the Clover Creek Camp worked with the U. S. Division of Grazing (DG or G). |
