As cars and trucks travel along the road (what is now county road 1630, Miner's Draw Road), a group of men inspect the area. At that same time, the men of the area were fighting for the Echo Park Dam to be built at Echo Park. This might be part of that group. After the tour arrived at Echo Park, the men took advantage of being near the Green River and the Yampa River. It look like some interesting discussion is taking place. |
