Description Pete Dillman was born July 1, 1854. He was the first Government Indian Farm Supervisor at Whiterocks. He volunteered to obtain the release of three women held captive by hostile Indian tribes. He planted many orchards and gardens and was a game warden. His left leg was amputated at the knee later in his life and he died on July 29, 1939, being 85 years old.
