| Description |
The first Uintah Basin Educational Short Course was met with enthusiastic support from 1000 people of Duchesne and Uintah Counties. It was held August 21-23. People pitched their tents in the campgrounds and appreciated the splendid camping facilities. Classes were given on poultry and dair farm management, health, home ecomomics, home beautification, and other topics. The instructors were well prepared and listeners were vitally interested and contributed to all discussions. Entertainment was also provided and many enjoyed the music. |
