Description The Sheraton Inn was built at 1684 W. Highway 40 in Vernal, Utah in 1984. By 1986-87 it became the Raintree Plaza and had a resturant. It has since changed hands several times. It became the Holiday Inn with the Hunter's West Resturant in 1987-88 but by 1989-90 it was sold to Rosco Weston and became the Weston Plaza. Resturants have moved in and out from this time. In 2001 Stockman's Resturant moved in and served steaks and fish, along with a bar. It closed in 2007. It remained the Weston Plaza until 2014 when it became the Quality Inn. There were also a number of Bar's located with the otherresturants at times.
