| Description |
Maube Ferry Monument will be an imposing on, unique in design. Above the sub-base, the upper base will be four feet wide, ten feet long, and six feet high on top of which will be a replica of the Jensen "Mabee" Ferry, one-seventh of the original size of the last ferry boad carried away by the ice jam on March 19, 1909. The size of this boat was twelve feet wide, forty-two feet long and five feet high above the water. |
