This study is an attempt to analyze some of the reasons for failure of some of the students who have held more than one job since they graduated from Intermountain School. This will add to the information that is being gathered by the Intermountain School staff for the purpose of making a more effective program. This study is made on the premise that the problems of the graduates are not caused by technical deficiency but arise from the inability to adapt to the predominate culture and from not being accepted by this culture |
