We all realize that it's difficult, of course, to try to ah-- train ah- in an area of law, there are so many Indian tribal courts judges, of course, are unfamilair with. Till the Indian Civil Rights Act came about, they basically used too much tribal custom and ah they used their old traditional ways of ah-defending cases. Of course, the Civil Rights Act, whether we like it or not, and whether it's good or bad brought it out and these Indian tribal judges in order to cope with the act, they needed some training, and ah the training program will end in June, ah-- after having six lessons, and of course, six lessons _ say just barely a beginning. There should be some continuation of the program, and plans are now that it will continue, perhaps ah-- for twelve days a month, then ah the lesson plans are according to lesson plans that can develop, and ah- from that the various judges can study their lesson, and then they come to the class, and of course, the student instructors are made up of attorneys . Well, some U. S. Attorneys, some tribal attorneys, most of whom have experienced in Indian law who are dealing with Indian tribes, so we hope through that they can get ah- have a-- some tactical experience __.
