It generally takes an hour to an hour and half to tour the bay with a cruising boat leaving the south shore of Amanohashidate. Amanohashidate is a pine-covered sand spit whose name means "bridge to heaven." Image was scanned from color slide. Caption is from photographer's notes on slide. |
