Exhibit #58, CLA Final Report. This document complements the general analysis provided in the paper entitled "Regulating Political Finance in Iraq". The previous study focused on regulating private contributions, disclosure, public funding and enforcement (including proportionate and effective sanctions). This study will build on these previous recommendations providing good practices in regulating party funding and campaign finance in the above areas.
