Law on Publication in the Official Gazette

Exhibit #61, CLA Final Report. Enabling the public to easily know about the legal rules which organize the society is one of the conditions required to establish the democratic modern state. It has become necessary to set objective standards to organize [publication] in the Official Gazette, determine what must be published in it, put an end to the unorganized ways of publishing some important texts like international treaties and conventions which are certified by a law and organize the way of publishing (confidential legislations) in specific issues. For all the reasons mentioned above, this law has been promulgated.
