Description |
The prevalence of idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH) is poorly reported within the United States, and to our knowledge has never evaluated racial and ethnicity. With the increasing rates of obesity predicted to increase rates of IIH, it is imperative to understand how IIH prevalence has changed and this impact on minority communities. The purpose of this study was to provide an updated prevalence analysis of IIH over the last seven years in the United States while evaluating its presence in white and minority populations. |
