Abstract A 52-year-old patient experienced unilateral third nerve palsy because of cavernous sinus involvement of biopsy-proven esthesioneuroblastoma. The patient experienced resolution of diplopia after surgical debulking of the tumor. Clinicians should be aware of the neuro-ophthalmologic manifestations of esthesioneuroblastoma.
