Abstract Exclusive cilioretinal supply has been anatomically proven in a monkey's eye. This paper presents and discusses fundus photographs of six optic discs from normal human eyes, in which the configuration of the retinal arteries emerging from the optic disc suggests that they might all be cilioretinal.
