More than 1000 students from high schools through out Region 5 were in Vernal for this Festival. Schools participating in the festival were Altamont, Alterra, Carbon, Duchesne, Grand County, North Ememy, Roosevelt, South Emery, Tabiona and Uintah. Band members march down Vernal's Main Street. The Vernal businesses are on the south side of Main Street. The business include Gifford's Men and Boys Store, Gardner's Jewelry Store, and a Pool Hall. |
