State of Utah economic & demographic projections 1990

This is the updated projection of "baseline" or the "most likely" economic and demographic conditions through the year 2010 for the State of Utah, its multi-county planning districts (MCDs) and its counties. Rapidly changing economic and demographic circumstances in recent years have exacerbated the usual difficulties encountered when making long-term projections. Despite these added uncertainties, an attempt has been made to quantify the changes that have occurred and develop new long-term projections. While the projection process is improving, the uncertainty of the times makes it technically more difficult and, to an extent, decreases the reliability of the projections.
