Description This nonexperimental, exploratory research study used a self-administered questionnaire to gather data from advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs) in Utah. The results of this study imply that the majority of APRNs who diagnose and treat children with ADHD are family nurse practitioners (58.4%) who are employed in a family practice setting (32.7%). APRNs diagnose children with ADHD 83.2% of the time and treat this disorder 98.0% of the time in their practices. Most APRNs reported that they were <italic>very comfortable
