Interesting peripapillary halo of retinal pigment degeneration. Most consistent with Spinal Cerebellar Degeneration Type 7 (SCA-7). Anatomy: Retina. Pathology: Cerebellar macular degenerative disease. Disease/Diagnosis: Spinal Cerebellar Degeneration Type 7 (SCA-7). Clinical: Blindness and cerebellar degeneration.
